Workshops

Our workshops gather managers or team leaders dealing with the problem of modeling human behavior inside organizations, with particular attention to identify and develop own skills in a complex context.

Furthermore, the presence of these onsite workshops aim to bring together professionals from different fields and disciplines with an interest in the issues and challenges of diversity in global working environments such as multinational companies, INGOs or UNO. Our most important objective is to work on questions pertaining to cultural diversity, ranging from diversity management and terminology to a global knowledge and the use of a clear and fair communication, which contribute to build the social capital of the organization.

Themes: Work Life Balance, Values and ethic topics, Gender issues, Workshops on developing and implementing of mission statements, Team development and improvement of team productivity.
