History

The European Institute of Social Capital was founded in Germany, as a reaction to the need to change conventional organizations towards a more global and flexible mindset. They had to become more competitive and attractive to retain qualified staff. Over the years, the importance to pay attention to social capital in all organizations has grown drastically, all over the world.

The certification in “Work & Life Balance”® arrived in Latin America in 2008, after professionals of multinational companies with presence in Latin America understood the benefits of the process for their organizations and their people.
